Registering creates the owner account for your club. That account becomes the organization administrator: it runs the setup wizard, owns the subscription, and can create every other user. This page covers registration, email verification, signing in, and password resets.

Register the owner account

The registration form — this account becomes your club's owner

1

Open the registration page

From the sign-in page, choose Sign up here under Don’t have an account?. The page is headed Start your club’s free trial.
2

Fill in your details

3

Accept the terms

Tick I accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Both links open in a new tab. Registration is blocked until this is ticked.
4

Choose Create Account

CueManager creates the account and sends a verification email, then shows the Check Your Email page.
Only the club owner registers this way. Staff accounts are created for them — either in step 5 of the setup wizard or later under Users — and they sign in with a username rather than registering themselves.

Verify your email

The Check Your Email page shows the address the link went to. Verification links expire after 24 hours.
1

Open the link

Open the email and click the link. The Confirm It’s You page opens.
2

Enter your password

Type the password you chose when you registered, then choose Verify Email. The link on its own is not enough — this stops someone else who registered your address from having their password activated when you click.
When the password matches you see Email Verified! and Your account is now active, and CueManager takes you straight to the setup wizard — no second sign-in needed. If the page says That password doesn’t match this registration, someone may have registered your address after you did. Choose Register Again, register with your own details, then use the newest verification email and your new password. Too many wrong passwords pause verification and sign-in for 15 minutes. If the email has not arrived:
  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Confirm the address shown on the page is the one you meant to use.
  • Choose Resend Verification Email. Only one verification email is sent per minute, so wait a minute before you ask again. While your link is still valid, the resent email carries the same link, so any earlier copy keeps working.
If you register again with an address that is not verified yet, the newest registration’s name, phone, and password replace the earlier ones. To finish verifying, the person with the inbox must also know the password from that latest registration. If the link itself fails, the page shows why — for example the link expired or was already used. Choose Register Again to start over with a fresh link.

CueManager sign-in page with username or email, password, and the forgot password link

Sign in with your email or a staff username

Enter Username or Email and Password, then choose Login.
  • Owners sign in with the email address they registered with.
  • Staff sign in with the username their manager created for them.
After 5 wrong passwords from the same connection, sign-in to that account is locked on that connection for 15 minutes. Other connections are not affected, so someone guessing at your email from elsewhere cannot lock you out of the club’s own computer. If wrong passwords keep arriving from many places at once — 50 in total — the account is locked everywhere for 15 minutes. While a lock is in place, even the correct password is refused with the same Invalid username or password. message, so nobody can tell that the account exists or that it is locked. Wrong current passwords on the Change password page count toward the same limits. To get back in sooner, reset the password by email. Staff can also ask the club owner to use Reset Password under Users. Both lift the lock straight away. Where you land depends on your setup and role: if the setup wizard is not finished you are returned to it, otherwise you go to the dashboard. What you can see once inside is governed by your role and permissions.
If your club runs more than one location, the branch selector in the sidebar switches which branch you are working in. See branches.

Reset a forgotten password

1

Request a link

On the sign-in page choose Forgot password?. Enter the account’s Email Address and choose Send Reset Link. The confirmation is deliberately neutral — it tells you that if an account exists for that address, a reset link has been sent — so the page cannot be used to discover which addresses are registered. The reset link expires in 1 hour. Only one reset email is sent per account per minute. If you ask again while your link is still valid, CueManager re-sends that same link and gives it a fresh hour, so a link in your inbox keeps working even if someone else requests a reset for your address.
2

Choose a new password

Open the link and set New Password and Confirm Password on the Reset Password page. The same rules apply as at registration: at least 6 characters, and both fields must match.
3

Sign in again

On success you see a confirmation and are redirected to the sign-in page. Use the new password from then on.
A reset link that was already used, or one older than an hour, shows This password reset link is invalid or incomplete. Request a new link from the sign-in page rather than reusing the old email.

Next step

With the account verified you are in the six-step setup wizard: organization, plan, first branch, tables, and team.
