Every signed-in staff member gets a Help & Support button in the corner of the app. It opens a chat assistant that answers questions about how CueManager works — “how do I move a session to another table?”, “why is the frame rate different on Snooker 3?” — and can draft a bug report or feature request for the CueManager team. The button only appears once CueManager has switched the assistant on for your installation. If you don’t see it, the assistant isn’t available yet.

What the assistant can and can’t see

The assistant answers product and how-to questions only. It never reads your club’s data — members, sessions, sales, and balances stay out of the conversation — so describe what you see on screen rather than expecting it to look anything up.

Asking a question

1

Pick a branch

The chat works inside the branch you have selected at the top of the app. With no branch selected you’ll see Select a branch to start a conversation.
2

Open the chat

Select Help & Support and type your question, for example How do I give Ahmed Raza credit on his wallet?
3

Start over when you change topic

Select New chat to clear the conversation and ask about something else.

Reporting a problem

When you describe a problem, the assistant may offer a Draft ticket with a Summary and Description. Nothing is sent until you review it:
1

Edit the draft

Correct anything the assistant got wrong and add details — which table, what you clicked, what you expected.
2

File it

Select File ticket. You’ll see Filed as followed by the ticket number. Each conversation can file one ticket; start a New chat to report something else.

Daily message limit

To keep the assistant fair for every club, messages are capped over a rolling 24 hours: When a limit is reached, the chat shows You have reached today’s AI assistant limit. Please try again tomorrow. Messages refused by the limit aren’t sent and don’t count. The count frees up gradually as your oldest messages pass the 24-hour mark — you don’t have to wait until midnight.
